In Just 4 Hours Transform Your Meetings and Unite Your School Community!

Launching in February 2025: Meeting Mastery for School Leaders.
Meetings are critical opportunities to shape school culture and drive improvements in teaching and learning.
But with so many different stakeholders – teachers, parents, students, unions, school boards, and more – it's HARD to get everyone on the same page.
Finally, a program specifically for school leaders to do just that.
In just 1 hour a week for 4-weeks join fellow school leaders in a live cohort to master this essential leadership skill.
You know the realities school leaders face:
- Meetings can be a huge time waster. Teachers would rather be anywhere else.
- It's tough to get everyone engaged and participating.
- It feels like the same few voices try to dominate the conversation.
With Meeting Mastery You Learn How To:
- Say goodbye to boring meetings: Leverage storytelling to craft meetings that engage and lead to actionable decisions, no matter the size.
- Boost your confidence and achieve your goals: Master facilitation techniques to guide diverse groups, solve problems, and drive school improvement.
- Create a school where everyone feels heard: Make your meetings collaborative and inclusive, leading to increased buy-in and shared success.

I've been there...
I am a career educator. After a brief stint in tech consulting, I became a math and computer science teacher. I climbed the ranks of leadership roles, from teacher to building administrator to state-wide virtual school director.
A common denominator in all my school leadership roles has been leading meetings in which decisions are made. Sometimes with a friendly crowd. Other times with a less-than-friendly crowd.
There were times when I succeeded. Other times when I fell flat on my face.
I came to realize I could not rely solely on my teaching skills and techniques when leading a diverse group of stakeholders.
I needed more help.
This led me to the world of facilitation and storytelling.
I saw how powerful facilitation skills combined with storytelling techniques can be for influential leaders.
At my core, I am a teacher. My mission now is to help teach school leaders to become more successful at their job through mastery of these skills.
I live in Massachusetts where I ride my bike, do yoga, and drive my son to his hockey games all over New England.
